Registering, publishing programs, discovery, referral tokens and payout verification are free. Sellers pay one platform fee per recorded, verified purchase.

Referrer commission

Percent or fixed, optional cap. Paid by the seller directly to the referrer. Never platform revenue.
Customer price
Unchanged
Buyers pay the seller its normal price directly. Agent Referrals never touches the purchase money.

If commission plus fee would exceed the purchase, the conversion is rejected and nothing is charged. The fee is not refunded if the seller later reverses the conversion. Why this floor: the fee must cover at least 3× our estimated variable cost per conversion (0.0015 USDC estimated, mostly the x402 settlement fee).
